MOLLY BIRKHOLM
Molly Birkholm is a speaker, consultant, yoga and iRest Yoga Nidra teacher trainer, trauma educator, published author, and international show host. Molly’s stress management programs, resilience training, and trauma treatment programs are used by leaders and top organizations around the world, including the US Department of Defense, JPChase, McKinsey & Company, and the Young Presidents’ Organization. She is the co-founder of Warriors at Ease, which has trained over 2000 teachers who share yoga and meditation to 65 military bases and VA Centers. She helped pioneer evidence-based trauma-sensitive yoga and meditation programs for PTSD in the military and other communities affected by trauma, including human trafficking survivors and homeless communities. She is also an iRest Yoga Nidra teacher trainer. Molly teaches trainings and retreats around the world and also online on The Great Courses and as a Featured Teacher & the host of the Women’s Empowerment Initiative on Yoga International.
HANS HICKLER
Hans is the founder and CEO of Ellipsis Advisors, LLC, providing C-Level advisory services and executive coaching. In the last 13 years, he has served as CEO for three multinational corporations, including DHL Global Customer Solutions, DHL Express, and Asia Pacific for Agility Logistics. Hans now serves as a “thought-sparring partner” for CEOs. Hans is a daily practitioner of Transcendental Meditation. He is active in investing in early stage companies, and complements many of these investments with his advisory services. He is also involved in the field of social entrepreneurship. In his work with Ashoka, Hans supports and advises social entrepreneurs worldwide and is also involved in significant work being done to promote understanding of the importance of empathy in business. Hans is a member of YPO and the Ashoka Support Network. In addition to his blog, Hans has published 50 Words, Our Stories Matter– both books address raising self-awareness of values and empathy. He also serves on the boards of 8 companies and organizations. He studied at Brown University.
